This is not a traditional fine art portraiture as seen through the ages using oils on canvas and wrapped in a gold frame, but a more accessible form of portraiture.

These are illustrations using media that allows for a much quicker turnaround: mainly graphite, pen & ink, and watercolor paints.

Nevertheless, they are original, handmade artworks – with a stylistic approach that reflects the spirit of your chosen subject.

About the art.

This is original, one-of-a-kind artwork. No AI or stock assets, and not a print.

All portraits are completed by hand and thus reflect my illustration and painting style. These are not formal renderings that detail precise perspectives, but are intentionally looser drawings that are meant to stylistically represent your subject.

Artwork is based on supplied images of the person/animal: photos, videos, or other info that you can relay that exhibits the character and memory of your subject.

Standard illustrations will showcase the subject alone against a white background, but I will include background color at your request. I want to help visualize your location as much as possible so that it accurately represents your perspective of the subject.

Rates per portrait.

Renderings are completed on a 9x12 sheet of archival quality watercolor paper. Inks are waterproof and colorfast. Currently, only watercolor paints are used for fill color. All artwork is signed.

Includes a matte of your chosen size and color. Final artwork is delivered in a plastic sleeve with backing board.
