This of course could be a traditional illustration of your current home, but could also be of a memorable location from your past. For example:
• your childhood home,
• the restaurant where you had your first date,
• the cabin you stayed in at summer camp,
• the bar where you met,
• the hospital where your child was born,
• a picnic area where you became engaged,
• or the park bench where you made that big decision.
Other unique ideas may be:
• as a realtor closing gift to a new homeowner,
• to a young adult on his/her first apartment,
• a small business owner’s first brick and mortar,
• or a boss’s high-rise office building.
Any location of importance to you or as a gift for someone you care about, can be illustrated to spec.
About the art.
This is original, one-of-a-kind artwork. No AI or stock assets, and not a print.
All portraits are completed by hand and thus reflect my illustration and painting style. These are not formal architectural renderings that detail precise angles and dimensions, but are intentionally looser drawings that are meant to evoke the idea of the place.
Artwork is based on supplied images of the preferred locale: photos, videos, or other info that you can relay that exhibits the character and memory of your chosen location. (I may also personally visit the location for reference, if local.)
Standard illustrations will showcase the structure/location alone against a white background, but I will include small additional items that you deem important to help fully-represent and encapsulate your ideal location. For example, landscape preferences such as sky, trees, plants, flowers, or personal items like a child’s wagon or bike in the driveway, a football in the grass, etc,. I want to help visualize your location as much as possible so that it accurately represents your story.
Rates per locale.
Renderings are completed on a 9x12 sheet of archival quality watercolor paper. Inks are waterproof and colorfast. All artwork is signed.
Includes a matte of your chosen size and color. Final artwork is delivered in a plastic sleeve with backing board.

Turnaround Time & Delivery.
Please allow 2 weeks for the completion of your artwork. Hand delivery is included for free in the Cincinnati area (within a 30-minute radius of Mariemont, Ohio). Allow 3 weeks if item is to be mailed. Shipping & handling is an additional charge (rated per the carrier and standard packing costs).
